I had a very positive experience at this eye clinic. As a Mongolian, I was a little nervous because I don’t speak Korean very well, but the interpreter was incredibly kind and helped me throughout the entire visit. Thanks to the interpreter, I was able to communicate comfortably with the doctor and understand everything clearly. The doctors and staff were all professional, patient, and friendly. The eye examination was thorough, and the doctor explained my condition and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and the waiting time was reasonable. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received from everyone. I highly recommend this clinic, especially to foreigners who may be worried about the language barrier. Thank you for making my visit such a comfortable and reassuring experience!

Visited for my bad eyesight. I haven't had any surgery yet. However they are already trustful with their professional eye examination. Not just the number of machines, they check a number of time to make sure that the results are accurate. It is something that big eye clinics don't do.

My experience here was so great beyond my expectations. They had English-speaking staff at every step of the way for me. I initially came in confidently thinking I would get the SMILE Pro procedure done, but I was unfortunately not a good candidate for it. During my consultation with one of the techs, I had all of my test results thoroughly explained and had all my questions properly answered. My only realistic option for vision correction during my trip was to get ICL implants. I hadn't done much research about it beforehand so I was incredibly nervous, but the tech I had my consultation with explained every aspect of the procedure, potential risks, etc. This really calmed my nerves and helped me decide to go through with it on the same day. It's been about 2.5 weeks since my procedure, and I couldn't be happier with my results. I do plan to get check ups here whenever I find myself in Seoul. B&VIIT was incredibly thorough in everything they did during my visit. I can't recommend this place enough!

I recently had SMILE LASIK done and had a great experience from start to finish! The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and very thorough throughout the entire process. They made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and explained everything clearly before and after the procedure. The procedure itself went smoothly and I’m very happy with the results! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone considering SMILE LASIK. And I would continue going back for regular eye checkups because of how positive my experience was.
