I had stumbled upon vands plastic surgery via their clinic and from the first consultation they were very friendly and provided good customer service with a translator on hand. I had went for 2 different consultations before even completing the procedure, and even on the second consultation they advised that I think about it and let them know if I had any questions and as a foreigner I needed the assurity which they provided thoroughly through their WhatsApp chat, as I always asked questions and they were always swift and prompt when responding. When it came to the day of the procedure they were very hands on and very helpful even after the procedure. The nurses and doctor made sure i was safe to go after the Liposuction procedure and provided me with the post op care plan which was clear and detailed.. it is currently 2 weeks and 6 days after surgery and I can already see the changes and safe to say I’m recovering well.

I had a great experience with Vands Surgery. The level of service was excellent — every assistant I interacted with was professional, kind, and attentive. Communication was clear and consistent both before and after my treatment, and I always felt well supported throughout the entire process. The surgeon was not only highly skilled, but also very reassuring. His calm and confident presence made me feel comfortable and helped build a strong sense of trust. I’m very happy with my results. The clinic itself is also beautifully designed and very aesthetic, which made the overall experience even more pleasant. I would definitely recommend Vands Surgery.

The communication beforehand via Instagram was already excellent, I always received quick and helpful replies. Upon arrival, translators were provided, which made the entire experience very comfortable and easy. All staff members were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The consultation with the doctor was honest, professional, and never pushy. I truly felt that they listened carefully to my wishes and expectations. The surgery itself went very well, and throughout the whole process I felt safe and well taken care of. What I especially appreciated was the aftercare: even after the procedure, I could contact the clinic anytime and always received fast responses to my questions. The clinic itself is very modern, clean, and beautifully designed, which makes you feel comfortable immediately. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend Vands PS Clinic. Thank you!!!

Wonderful clinic! The doctor is very polite and comes to all my appointments. I had liposuction on my arms, and the recovery is going well. The doctors are always available if I need help. They have Russian-speaking staff. It's very clean. I even got a free skin improvement treatment after the surgery 🌼 Overall, I highly recommend it ♥️

On the left side, the original double eyelid line has almost completely disappeared. Since I originally had an inner eyelid crease, I took this opportunity to widen the crease. I used to visit Vans Clinic frequently for procedures, but I heard that Vans Plastic Surgery had recently opened, so I decided to visit with the mindset of trusting them with the procedure. There is still some slight swelling, but the bruising has almost completely disappeared. There is absolutely no pain, and I experience no discomfort in my daily life. Many people around me have told me my eyes look prettier, which makes me feel great, and I am also very satisfied with the results. ^^ I look forward to seeing how natural they become in the future!
